Crystal singing bowls create powerful sound frequencies that activate different chakra points. All 7 frequencies and chakras are used throughout the meditation.

Water is highly reactive to the sound frequencies. Both the earth and humans majority is made up of water. Internally the sound frequencies help release stagnant energy. This process is enhanced by your external environment being water, amplifying the vibrations caused by the sound waves. 

I am reiki attuned and I channel reiki when playing the bowls. This fully immersive experience will help release old energy and invite in new healing energy. It is a ritual & cleanse for your nervous system.
